Mr Richard Ferris
Managing Director
Richard is a founding member of the Globaltech Solutions board and has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the business. Richard has extensive knowledge of the Training, Support and Recruitment markets in the UK, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions. Utilising his extensive experience in these markets, Richard actively participates in the coordination of future development and strategic alliances. Richard's background also includes Senior Management and Director roles held over the last 19 years in the Aviation, Transport, Equities and Property Sectors.

Ms Deborah Hutchings
Technical Services Director
Deborah has joined the Australian Board and Senior Management team to focus on Technical Services, Service Delivery and Partner Development. Deborah has over 20 years experience beginning in programming, developed into engineering and followed by a management career in data and voice networks, centralised and distributed computing for large global telecommunications providers and professional service firms. Service being a key passion for Deborah, some recent major project successes include; designing, developing and operating Service Solutions for the public sector, achieving a BS15000 Service Accreditation on UK Government 'transforming the NHS' (largest civil IT project in the world) in addition to Consulting, Implementing and Managing IT change programmes in the UK, EMEA and Globally. This experience was gained primarily working in large organisations such as: British Telecom, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mitel Telecommunications.

Mr Joseph Page
Sales Director
Joseph has joined the Senior Management Team in Australia to build on his exemplary career within the Automotive and Consultancy sectors. Joseph has held a range of senior management roles in sales, marketing and partner development. These skills when coupled with Joseph's strong relationship and solution selling capabilities are key to his overall responsibility for the development of sales and marketing strategies for Globaltech Solutions which will accelerate the penetration of all core services within the Asia Pacific region.

Ms Sharon Ferris
Training Director
Sharon is also an active member of the Board of Directors and brings to the organisation in excess of 18 years IT Training, Consultancy and Development experience gained from working within the Corporate Finance, Accounting and Services sectors in both Australasia and the United Kingdom. Sharon is responsible for all the training standards, quality control and the recruitment of IT Training professionals.
